What minimum features do you expect to have at a reseller hosting account?

What features you consider are premium and are willing to pay more for?

I am not talking about disk space, bandwidth, email accounts and all the features available in a standard cPanel install. I am talking about features such as free templates, Fantastico installer, Private NS...

I assume each customer have own requriments and they do expect to get what they are paying for.

The overall quality of the hosting is very important and I'm sure consumers will pay for it.

I also think a one-click installer and private nameservers are key features to have.

It depends upon customer what kind of features he want.Every one has different requirements.

People want end user support and they want that be hidden

Resellers need support uptime and comfortable CP. They are core ones

I agree with you.

If features like free templates, fantastico installer, private nameservers are provided with reseller account then there is no harm to pay few more bucks.

Features like private name servers, customization of user's cPanel, great tech support, and little server downtime are a must.
