My website is hosted by synhosting.com

Today, when I wanted to check cPanel, I couldn't reach it. Failed to open page.

My website was gone. Failed to open page.

Synhosting support could not be reached. Failed to open page.

As if it didn't exist.

What could have happened? I have never experienced anything like this. They didn't even send out email about maintenance.

Could it be a major network breakdown?

What is you web site URL to have a look? That could be the problem with your ISP. Maybe we need to double check?
Send the URL and I will try to access your web site

It seems I can access synhosting.com with no problem. I suppose you need to double check if everything ok

I can open it fine as well, may be your had some internet prob. ?

synhosting.com is working fine. It might be possible that your machine IP address was blocked in the server firewall. If you are not able to contact you hosting provider sites then it might be some internet issue and for that you would need to contact your ISP or try to contact them through different networks.

I believe hosting company's web site might be hoisted somewhere on the premium server and customers on another web site
I believe we need to check customer's web site then web site of the web hosting provider

It can be anything from server issue to billing problem.

Or it can even be your ISP firewall issue.

Try to email there support and check.

I have face problem in open Control Panel can any one suggest me what should i do.

if you don't believe to host company then you should not host your website. I hosted lot of website to my friend's hosting company because i believe to him.

I assume that is the question of the reability here not about the trusting or something like that.

Reliability is the foremost criteria in web hosting. If you believe your web host is unreliable then immediately shift your domain to another provider.

i haven't use it before ,maybe you need to ask your hosting provider,they will explain ti for you clearly.now new hosting is cheaper,or change one ...

But as for the choice - you are right. Here you will be able to find a lot of web hosting alternatives.

Ask directly with your host. The site of synhosting.com is perfect and functioning well.

Have you tried to all them? That could be the problem with your Internet Service Provider not with HG

Think it's time to change your hosting provider.
