What's wrong with lunarpages?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lunar pages sent me an email saying offer $50 off for earlier 3-year renewal. I wrote back immediately that I will renew my hosting if they can renew my domain for another 4 years ( I still have more than one year with them).

But they even did not care to send me a reply, so I emailed them again, still no answer.

What the hell is wrong with lunage pages? If they do not want me to renew my hosting, why sent me the offer?????????

This made me mad.

Difficult to say what is going on but I believe you need to wait little bit and be patient if you certain there is nothing to worry about

Maybe it was a mass email out to all their customers. So they might take awhile to get back to you.

Mass email? I do not think so. So you can assume that every customer from them got the same email? In this case a lot of their customers will receive the same emails from them as well

when i first said i will renew, they reply immediately, but when i asked them to renew the domain name longer, they never give me an answer.

If that was mass email I believe they should answer all questions people have. In other case what is the reason of this mass emailing then?

Still no reply, around 10 days passed, so I think they do not wanna offer me that discount.

To be frank, Lunarpages support is terrible. How about Godaddy? I am going to give it a go.

Just do them search for their domain name. I suppose you will get the same results with them as well

Have you emailed them to chase up?

Godaddy has got pretty bad reviews on their hosting. For domain registration they are fine but for hosting, they are other better companies.

I thing this is normal new letter as other hosts.. so they r ignoring the replay ..Normally all the host not replaying for all the emial.. To get proper answer better post a support ticket with sales.....

IF major companies are doing like this; i dont think its fair, am using some third class hosting service but never face such issues.

I assume you would have the same situation with the sales or you will be asked to resend that to the proper department to review

Lunarpages is known as a host with slow and bad support, and Godaddy isn't much better as well.

They are big and I assume that explains everything. At the same time as far as I know they do not appear as huge oversellers

lunarpages is no good as far as support is concerned. hows bluehost or hostgator?

What is your definition of overseller? They offer unlimited hosting, and that by definition means that they do oversell (offer more than what they have on hand).

I dont really agree, everytime I have a problem i get the problem solved within no time.I have used hostgator and i think lunarpages is better. Blue host has good reviews.

should i say you are a lucky guy or what? they seldom answer my questions, no replys for most emails.
