Why would you expect a reply when you're sending a reply to a promotion? The marketing guys have nothing to do with accounts. You should rather open a ticket if you want a response.

Ok, I got it. this guy got the promo email from lunarpage promising early renewal discount.

He emailed lunarpages and got the reply. And he wrote back asking for a renewal of domain name for 4 years. And since hasn't got any reply from lunrpages.

That's what he was complaining.

My experience agrees with SunilDua--Lunarpages support has actually been really, really good. I've been with them for three+ years now and do not have a single complaint about their support. Whatever you do, though, don't go with GoDaddy for hosting. I've never seen or heard a single positive thing about their support.

The only one thing is strange for me. Why your request was not forwarded to the proper departmant of LP and the situation explained for him by LP representative?

It seems those emails are not connected to the lunarpages in any way as the emails sent to all of them are still not answered.
