I have come across a basic, easy to use and light weight Content Management System. It is called zimplit. It does not require any database and you would be surprised to know that it is so easy to customize a website to make it a CMS template with out adding a single line of code.

It seems that you need to work with image folder and change images there. Or just upload another one which is associated with new template.

If you talk about CMS I assume that Joomla is still the best.
As for the current one (like OP has) I assume you need to find the support forums and discuss that there.
Cheers
