Paid hosting
I think that the best hosting 1 & 1 has many features that help webmasters to be very competitive in the market for blogs and websites.

you can't compare both of them. You get limited mysql users. No fantastico, less space and no support. Always go for paid hosting, everyone can afford 5 bucks a month.

I prefer advanced hosting over free hosting because of the fact that you can have full control of your forum, as has been said before. However, since I have a real world job, now, I am on Zetaboards, which is best for me at the moment as I don't have the time/patience to install mods.

Always go with paid hosting as you can get reliability & stability. Here you get the professional support also. In free hosting there is no support. It has no reliability.

I agree with the previous poster. Paid hosting is ALWAYS the way to go. You get what you pay for with web hosting. Your monthly fee goes into maintenance, uptimes, tech support, etc. Always choose paid if your site means anything to you.

Free hosting may be used just for testing. If you have a website and you want to make some money from it, you should pay for hosting.

But, if you're serious building a website, you must purchase paid hosting. Full support and guaranteed, not like free hosting. :-)

I'd recommend using paid hosting if you're serous about your web business. Hosting is getting really cheap, you can get a paid hosting as low as $3.95/mo. I've seen so many people complain about free hosting services.

If you're planning getting a paid hosting, you should also do a self research, you may get some recommendations here, even then you must do the research by finding reliable reviews on them. Best of luck.

I think with free hosting you would be having some limitations for example
1) You would not be having support.
2) This is always over crowded that's why your server could get slower.

On the other hand with Paid Posting you would be having

1) instant support so you could never feel alone
2) Because of not much crowd on Paid Hosting, Server response is much faster than Free Hosting

Today hosting is so cheap, that I would not venture with free hosts. If you are serious about what are you doing than paid hosting must be the choice. Paid hosting offers support too.

Yes you are right. But be sure in each certain case you get what you pay for

In fact Free hosting Is not all free because they put adds and banners on our sites. Pros are like if you are going to start your web experience with some less important site like hobby sites which can afford down times free hosting can be a good option. This post have a great material for us. Paid hosting also has its merits and demerits. But that depends on the selection of your provider. You can demand support in paid hosting since you are paying for the services.
Best of luck.........
