Yes,I was aware Of this,The people at WHT were actually really proactive about The Issue and reconciled The Issue.
Their Support Team was great especially "Lois"

Yes almost all the data has been recovered. Surely they deserve the appreciation.

Well its still a big surprise you would think they have a big securty team and would have local backups. (When I owned my own host I kept client backups on a 1TB harddrive in a fireproof safe at my house.
