First let me say I am in no way affliated with jatol.com in anyway apart from having my site hosted with them. Okay now onto the review.
My site has been hosted with them for just over 3 months now and I have been nothing but impressed.
Their level of support is unmatched anywhere. You can reach them at almost anytime that you need to whether it be through there bb, aim, msn, icq you name it.
They offer excellent packages at extremely low prices. For example I pay $35/ 6 months for my site and I get 250 mb of space, 5 gb transfer and support for pretty much everything (php, mysql all that good stuff). That is the second lowest plan. They have many other packages available and they even have custom packages if the need arises.
Need an example of how amazing they are?? Well 3-4 weekends ago one of their servers went down in the morning (around 3 AM). Nothing to do with them but rather with the place where their servers were located. Within an hour they alerted all their users about what was happening and they were doing everything they were to fix it.
It took 3 days to fix it because they people at the place where the servers were located were not doing their job. Jatol responded and left that place and got brand new servers and transfers all their clients over there within a week. They also gave every single customer one free month of hosting for the trouble. Good support huh???
If you are in need of a host definately check out jatol.com. In my book they get a solid 9.5/10!
