the best i use is ws_ftple its a free download source available in google or you can use filezilla its not bad..or use you can uploed the files directy type directly ftp.domain name directly like ftp.yourdomain name.com and it asks for login id and password enter it and paste the content which you like to uploaded in the folder..

I have been using WINSCP for a long time and still satisfies me with its capability. But recently I'm hooking up with Filezilla for its unique features. And both are free.
