Personally I've been using SmartFTP and I'm really satisfied with it. You can open many connections at the same time! You can check for more info www.smartftp.com
I vote Filezilla all the way. The multi-threaded feature really helps to improve your network utilization. We recommend this to all new clients. It's easy, fast, and best of all completely free.
definitely FileZilla, is it me or does anyone else prefer the older version 3.1.2 to the new version, i just find it so much easy, simpler and i think uses less resources!

i've been using CoffeeCup for some time now and so far i'm pretty happy with it. it has an option of checking for staying connected which is pretty cool.
Used to use the FireFTP extension in Firefox, but when upgrading to v3 it was slow catching up, and I needed something in the mean time. So I found FileZilla and swear by it. Linux and Windows.
