Ok for those in search of a free php host with no adds, take a little crash course ( hahahah i am bilingual ) and go to this french website:
http://www.chezfree.com and you will get 20 mb of space and mysql database 3.x etc...

Ok 20mb is not huge but it can help if you want host a little forum like the one i have over there.

and tell me how many free host do you see out there with php, mysql and no ads? How many host (any language) out there are free and let you use almost all the php function and including the mail() function for free? I have done my homework on that subject in english and French there no free host like that, an the few english php mysql free host that i know are good are from the Uk none of them from the us or canada would give that kind of feature for free.

So basically this was just for those looking for a free php host mysql and a few little diskspace, i always us them temeprarly and then tranfer everything on a real host...

I'm afraid the no-ads feature kind of scares me away. Seeing your interest in PHP and MySQL, you no doubt know host.sk. They were a no-ads host offering unlimited space/transfer (which they have now limited to 50 MB space). However, they suffered from speed and instability problems, and I believe that they have shut down new sign-ups completely. This host may go the same way...

Interesting that you mention that there are a few good hosts from the UK. I only know of tripod.co.uk (Lycos UK)...Which other ones do you know?
