What control panels can be branded?
Fasthost.co.uk, Hostww.net provide Cpanel, but I guess other panels can be branded as well?

cPanel does allow for branding the appearance of the CP e.g. logos, icons and skins, but it would be difficult to add custom links and things to cPanel, although this can be achieved through RVSkin. In WHM, you can choose what features are enabled for certain packages and as I said, alter the branding of the control panel to suit your needs.

I would say that adding a logo to the control panel would make it more professional, but it isn't absolutely necessary. If something like RVSkin comes with your package, then it's a definite plus but cPanel has it's own branding editor and branding the control panel isn't mandatory - it just gives a little extra professionalism to your service.

one could brand a control panel, but why not brand the webmail (can do so on an individual domain basis even.. using Sarito.com 's product) 16 new skins for horde and add-on management module for plesk..

Not only FastHost.co.uk and Hostww.net provide cPanel on their reseller plans. Many companies do it as well.
Branded panel - cPanel is branded. Which ones do you need else?

Yes. But all up to you. So that your customers can see that you really care for the site you are running through this.

Are you talking about hidden information of web hosting company? I think taht is the must for the company which offers reseller accounts.
