HostV.com provides Double RAM on their VPS and dedi plans. It's a time limited offer but how effective is it?

What double RM or what. If you are rich enough - try them

I don't believe on that host providing double RAM. They are just doing some business that visitors will be attracted. Try viewing other host. They have higher RAM yet same price with HostV.com

My question would be, why did you have to mention a hosting company? The "Double RAM" type offers are not that uncommon, and their effectiveness can be discussed without bringing a company name into discussion. Why put a host into the limelight? It makes the post sound like an ad.

What technique is used for doubling RAM?
What happens to other resources? I mean if your RAM is doubled and disk space and bandwidth are still the same, how does it influence the site performance?

BTW, is it a unique offer or do jaguarpc.com, vpsland.com or a2hosting.com have offers like that?

for the prices they are charging you can get a much better deal no vps at liquidweb.com .. and liquid web actually own their own datacentre .. which is a refreshing change

These prices are at least average, if slightly below average. I've seen much better offers around than this for Virtual Private Servers.

It's always possible to find another plan which will be cheaper, the key point is to find the best ration between quality and price.

exactly... i pay liquid web around 100$ a month for a vps, which is a lot seeing as i could get dedicated at the planet for 70$.. but its nothing but quality at liquidweb
