I suggest leaving them, and telling people how bad they are so others don't make the same mistake.

Change hosts. I run a web hosting company and that is NOT the way to treat customers.

Hey pea,

Unfortunalty just like everyone has said the only thing you can really do is bad mouth the company and move on hopeing no one will make the same mistake as you. Up until now i have never heard of the company but thanks for the heads up.

Best Regards,

Yeah, either upgrade your service or change hosts. Theres no reason to stay with a host that does no work for your money.

I would leave and go with a different host. Take your files with you.

If a company doesn't care about its customers then its not a real company. That should be their main concern and apparently its not. Cut your loses and move on, theres plenty of other hosts out there.

Good luck!

It is a good idea to see if anyone else uses the web host, and its good to see if they offer a money back guarantee. This way you can test them for a month, or what ever the amount is for the guarantee, and you can see if their a good match.
