They have their fans, though their history isn't pristine. They're owned by Hostdime. Maybe this can help you in your research.

Also, they oversell a lot. Are you really looking for such a business model?

Have used Surpass for many many years now. Their shared accounts were pretty good years ago, however I don't think it would be fair for me to comment on how they are today.

I have a VPS with Surpass and am very happy overall with their service.

My only complaint is a series of DNS issues occuring in January 08. I found myself having to repeat and reclarify the issue to each level of support along the way, which was slightly frustrating.

In the end the issue was resolved with a high degree of personal contact and service (which I like) but only once the ticket was elevated to a high enough level.

I'd recommend checking them out, but again I can't comment on the quality of the shared hosting only the VPS which I am very pleased with.

If Surpass Hosting is owned by Hostdime, then I'd be very wary...although they have been around a while.

This is five years old, but I had quite the go-around with Hostdime once (I'll leave it to you to guess who I am. )

I have seen lots of good reviews for suprass. Iа they allow to return money after 30 days - go ahead.
