The is no shared host that is going to let you chew up 1000GB of bandwidth, at least none that actually care about the rest of their customers. Consumers need to start to realize that those 6000GB offers are nothing more than a marketing scam. Consumers really need to wise up.
Your only option with this is a dedicated server and I don't think you'll find a VPS to offer you that much bandwidth either.

I have also been wondering the same, though some put it in their Resource Abuse Policy as ahosting.biz have done. And one of реу probable answers that a lot of people especially noobs don't know what CPU limit they actually need.
Robert I'd also recommend a dedicated package, liquidweb.com, fastservers.net, hostww.net offer deals that allow you to get the amount of resources you need.

Actually, there are. Pure file tranfers, when the files are relatively big, put very little strain on the server. It's equally true though that 1TB of data transfer costs quite a bit, so there's an incentive for hosts to stop usage early, which some may very well do (unethical as it may be).

If your site is consuming 1000GB of bandwidth then you probably weren't suspended or asked to move for bandwidth usage, but more for resource usage. If you are using that much bandwidth then the site is probably being a CPU/RAM hog as well.
Your best bet would be to get a dedicated server or large VPS.

Right, a dedi is the best bet in this case. It gives you opportunity to control every process on your server consequently on the web site as well. I'd like to mention Webhostingbuzz.com and Rackspace.com dedis. Nice services and rather low prices.

I'm searching for a nice shared web hosting, my sites have this specs:
- 1 GB of space and growing
- 12 GB of bandwidth and growing
- Multiple domains (I've 3 right now, one is international .ec)
- FTP downloads (I don't know if I need a dedicated IP or an anonymous FTP for that)
Other than that, I don't use a lot of emails.. I use some small MySQL database.. but I don't want a hosting with a LOT of features (like bluehost or ixwebhosting) if is gonna oversell a lot and later the site is to slow.
I want a hosting that doesn't fail, not a hosting with a lot of stuff that I'm nt gonna use. Any suggestions are really appreciated.

I suggest that you use HostGator.com and LunarPages.com. Nevertheless, there are a lot of shared hosts in the industry and yet there a lot too web host reviews. So, you better check their reviews first before anythingelse.

http://neowebspace.com/ - I believe they must be one who we can add. They offer as shared as windows solution. That is quite rare combination

Thanks for the response.
I've searched a lot of reviews and hosting forums.. and lot's of them say that is not to good to host with companies that are overselling their hosting plans.
Also, many hosting reviews look kinda manipulated... or they only see the GB of space and bandwidth... and not quality and speed.

Very good question Robert_Jr
Related to this issue yesterday all my websites were down on hostGator
when, after a lot of work i finaly managed to bring some visitors
500 Internal server error ... caused "probably" because of exceeding 25 processes (their answer)

Thank You!
All your websites are down? And you're hosting with HostGator? Oh, I thought they're reliable.

Javoec,
Check out my post on the first page ^^
SecuredServers should be able to take care of you, just let them know the specs your looking for and they'll give you a custom price. They're a little more expensive than stuff like gatorhost but they don't oversell bandwidth, and they maintain their own redundant datacenter, so minimal downtime.

They are ok and the support is quite good.
But at this moment we are upgrading to reseller account.
On the new reseller account I will be able to monitor each website's processes consumption.

On the reseller? But I think there are lesser bandwidth on their reseller compared to shared.

yes.. a lot lower. But i fit in it just fine.
------- Space | Traffic
Shared : 600 GB | 6000 GB
Reseller: 24 GB | 250 GB
As far as i understood now each site has the right to consume 25 services because isplit them into multiple accounts and i slove my most important problem (services number exceed)
Now really.. how many peoples are consuming 250 GB. They are all contracting a lot but they never get tu use 25 % on shared. If they use more the are kicked out.
Usualy they write this in the signup policy and users dont really read/understand it
I consumed in March ( a good month) on www.ucanplay.com 140 GB Traffic for 170 000 uniques. In one day i had downloads of 4 gb. My host supported that and it was cool. So if i contract 250 GB Traffic i have no problems.
