Unless you're distributing big files, huge shared hosting accounts are unlikely to be of any real purpose, as you'll be limited by CPU usage (especially with providers like Bluehost/Hostmonster, Hostican that use automated account suspension systems).

Utropicmedia.net is fast enough. And I like their opportunity to have site hosted in US, EU or Asia. I believe not many companies can offer such opportunity.

Shared account are being provider for something small. And as Dan said do not consider them for something huge even web hosting provider offer you something huge.
