I am about to put my tin foil hat on over this problem...get yours ready also! To start off with I have about 15 domains hosted on ixwebhosting servers from over the last year. I know how to DNS, FTP and what not. Every one of those domains got hosted no problem except two...keep reading. The first domain that failed to be hosted happened about 2 weeks ago. I could not figure out why the other 10 domain names from godaddy were hosted with no problems whatsoever. Well any way I put that domain on the to do later list and went on with my life. 3 days ago I registered 8 new domains and changed the DNS from godaddy to ixwebhosting servers. 7 out of the 8 worked no problem, but theres one domain that did not work....(cue suspense music now) Ok heres the tin foil hat stuff, the domains that won't host are www.AlienFarmer.com and www.Alien365.com! I just opened a ticket with my hosting provider about this, but I can't for the life of me figure out why the 2 out of 15 or so domains I have hosted that just happen to have "Alien" in the name won't host? Ideas? Is it cause they both start with the letter "A", or is Will Smith going to kick down my door and start asking questions? Anybody got any ideas why www.AlienFarmer.com and www.Alien365.com won't host right?

I would wait to hear what TS will tell you but as I can see they had misconfiguration
at hands and you can email them stuff from above to proof it

Thanks fastreplies, I took AlienFarmer.com off the hosting so that won't tell me nothing, but Alien365.com is still there and DNS is pointing to right servers from godaddy to ixwebhosting.com and still no worky. I will post updates as i get them. Be afraid, be very afraid!

Hey man I read one of your posts a while back (i was just looking for it and can't find it now) that you had AMRAY forums i think it was reviewed, any way you had a list of free web directories on that site that was huge can you post that link again? I just got done submitting my URL's to Amray and am looking for more web directories.

Yes! They finally got the problem solved. They did not tell me what the problem was, but I think fastreplies is right about them not setting up the "A" record on the server. Glad thats over with!
