Well you need the Coldfusion webserver. Most hosts don't offer CF as its not open source and an enterprise license can be expensive.

I found http://www.powerhoster.com and its web hosting plan is cheap. But it need to $1.95/mo! Add ColdFusion MX7 .

Performance and Security are important as well but when it's 2am and the entire nation is enjoying a holiday except for the hosting company...I tend to partner up with that company.
