I want to put something in download and I am searching for a really high speed file hosting download. My files are gonna make 500mb and I am searching for a service that will give me a very fast download speed with a very big bandwith if possible.

I don't care about the price as long as it is decent and that it have a very good service, Thank you guys.

What is fast for you could be slow for others if you are letting others download your files.

I would recomend that you speek to different hosts and let you testdownload some 10 mb or 100 mb file to measure the speeds.
make sure you test from different locations.

And may I ask what is "high speed" in your terms? 10 mbps, 100 or even 1 gbps?

How much space will you need and how much transfer in GB / month?

If this is a 'download' site, it won't matter as much because the downloaders will be ALL over the world, so it will be faster for some, slower for others (depending on location).

If it's just for you, why don't you setup your own server on your PC (if feasible) ?

Yes, but it is arguably wisest to just register the domains yourself via a different company. $10 per year is not a big sum, and you get complete control over the domain, a control that the host can't affect (should it turn to the dark side).

fast is not same for everyone and you need to evaluate first from where your visitors are coming.
As you said price is not an issue and you want full 100mbps connectivity then get a dedicated server with a dedicated port.

Well those are cheaper options which won't give the op "High speed download file hosting"

Te get high speeds you need to not have a massively oversold bandwidth as at peak times it will get really slow. Also they might suspend you for using too many resources and then you'll be back to sqare 1.

Would you need a hosting account with all features or a simple file hosting service like rapidhsare will do? Howmany people do you expect to download the file at a time / per day? How secure do you want the files to be?

Dedicated server is a deal. If I were you I'd try to find something like file web hosting.

Icyblue, lots of hosts don't allow downloading files, as for Webhostingbuzz.com policy, they also have restrictions:

Downloadable files, media, streaming content or any file which consumes more than 500kb of space must not exceed 10% of your total used disk quota.

So, VPS may be a better deal here.
