The host has pretty good uptime, they recently suffered a few DDoS attacks, but they keep adding more and more restrictions on their members. Recently they added a policy of no PHP based chat scripts, and no auto-refreshing allowed. They don't allow .htacess nor do they offer real support, it's actually just their forum where they rely mainly on other users helping each other and telling people to search for the answers to questions that have already been asked. I would give them only like a 6/10.
