I'm using hostmonster but some time it's limited CPU.

I want to ask that how many connections to my site then have limit?

The host should be able to answer your questions regarding CPU usage limitations. I heard they recently modified them.

25 % of CPU usage, in short, if your site has a lot of traffic, you most likely get banned... if so, you need a dedicated server... mosts BIG and HONEST web hosts dont allow heavy traffic sites on their servers

Almost every host have got limit on CPU usage. You cant say x amount of connections will use y amount of CPU. It depends on what your pages are doing - if your pages are simple HTML you can have a lot more connections. Either you need to optimize the pages or look for a VPS.

for them, its CPU usage .. rather than bandwidth .. they offer crazy amounts of bandwidth .. basically they do crazy overselling ..
