Is PR4 website that is listed getting much more traffic than another similar website with PR4 but not listed in DMOZ ?

Most of the reputation of Dumbass comes from webmasters and SEOs who don't know any better.
Your best bet is to spend the 10 minutes submitting, and then promptly put it out of your mind.
