This is my first release of a free template, it's for version 2.1. Once phpLD 3.1 comes out, I'm going to have the same template made for it with new colors.
The template is very easily customizable (which if you plan on having a quality directory with a free template, you should customize the colors and mods of the template anyways), and it built with a simple design where mods can be easily added to increase the quality of the directory.
