You can simply make a website if you organize them. For example, i know at least to sites who offer nothing but lists of directories and one of them alexa top 2000 and the second one alexa 10 000.

That is a huge list! It will take a long time to weed out which directories are of great value and which directories are useless. Thanks ChrisT
