paid/free directories that accept non english content

Hello, I have recently been asked to improve an e-commerce site's PR ranking. However site doesn't have any english content. I'm looking for paid/free directories(especially paid) that allow non english content. I have searched the forum and googled a bit but I couldn't find a strong directory. Thanks

well, I found some sites but other questions popped up in my mind. Most of the sections where my site would fit has a PR of 0(I'm talking about paid directories). Should I pay for such directories? And lets say that my site is in french and two sites link to me which have PR of 3. Now the difference is one site is a french and the other is a german site. Do they have the same effect or is french one is somehow more beneficial to my site? thanks

PR is totally the wrong thing to be looking at.

If the website is in french then obviously the french directory is FAR FAR more beneficial the one in german, AND vice versa.

Directories should be considered for the qualified visitors they could send and any SE benefit purely as a bonus.
