If they ever do. Don't get hung up on gettng a dmoz listng. Fill out the form click submit and forget about it. I added my site in two places, once in a general category and once in a category for my locality. At present both categories are looking for editors. I don't expect my site to be listed anytime in the near or even distant future.
Even if your category does have an editor there's no guarantee they'll list your site. Don't worry though dmoz is not the end all and be all for your site. Sure it's nice to be listed there, but the listing isn't going to make or break your business. Keep submitting to other directories and finding new ways to get links back to your site and you'll be fine with or without the dmoz listing.
