Search on google 3200 web directories it provides you instant approval directories but there is no banafit of such directories because those are no-follow.

Actually, I think, one guy own above directories. After submitting your website link to one of the above directories, you will get the link of 21 free directories. Hope this helps.

I thinks Most important for you. if you focus Local Directory is best then Instant Irrelevant Directory..Search Engine When crawl Your Links Look at Title Of his page. If This is Relevant of your Page More Important for You. Do You need latest Research about Back linking..
