you can use directory submission tool to submit your site in 100 of directories fast.

Directory Submission also helps to rank your site better in the Search Engine but make sure that you don't spam. Only submit your site in the relevant Directories. Like will be allowed to submit your Business site in the Travel Directory but it won't help you. At the end of the day, your site will be penalized from the major SE. BTW, I have 100s of Directory domains, if you require then please let me know.

It is not called spamming if you add your link in a category other than its original, it is something else. But you must add your link to the correct directory. It works good to fetch the relevant traffic.

Try http://www.webdirectorysubmit.net. This seems to be free for submission and on page rank 2 with google.
