Hi,

I want your opinions regarding to directory submission and link building. I want to know that while submitting a site to large number of directories should we change site's title or description or have the same title and description while submitting a site to many directories and also while exhanging links with other sites should we change title or description of our site? Please share your opinions.....

It matters very little either way.

In the unlikely event that a real person may be actually looking through that particular directory for the services / products your website provides, simply use the best description and title you can, within the limitations of the directory guidelines, that would appeal to real people.

Good Title gives you popularity.

In our SEO company i suggest clients to give 5 different titles as targeting the same title keyword at many places can sometime hurt their rankings, and its always good to be competitive in different keywords rather than a single title.

Although description doesn't matter much, changing title is adviced.

It's not a problem if we change the title or the description when submitting to directories as along it contain a keyword.

Title and description should be different, Choose your titles and descriptions carefully for each page of your site... don't just mindlessly copy something repeatedly!

I think that it would be helpful to change the title and description using your keywords especially it will in SERP positioning!

I think we should change our titles and description as per our need.
The Keyword used in the title plays an important role in SERPs
