What are the best article directories to submit to?

I recently wrote an article on finding a wholesale source and used an article submitter program to distribute it to some article directories. Most of the articles don't seem that great and was wondering if you could fill me in on some of the BEST ones to submit to.

Hi we have compiled a list of hundreds of Article Directories which you may want to see here.

As far as Best Article Sites are concerned, 90% of traffic will come from eZine Articles only. Other than that, submit to goarticles, ArticleDashboard, Article City and Article Alley.
