Yahoo isn't ODP, either. Both suck, but one costs a lot of money.

I bet I'd get the same # of clicks from Yahoo's directory whether I was in it or not.

Yeah, if the over/under on clickthroughs per year from Yahoo! directory was 1, I'd bet the under too.

Probably, but I wouldn't submit it anyway. In fact, I wouldn't keep it up. Merge it with your other health site into a useful bigger health resource.

Then you can worry about getting it out there.
