Agreed. It's a stupid idea to invent directories to con people into thinking they are actually submitting to Google - my advice is rename the directory and notify people who have already submitted that you are not Google. There was a thread on something similar to this recently. You don't want to get involved in a lawsuit because you will get beaten very very easily
