Tell me and we will both know..
All I can say is when you prepare for a legal solution there is a lot of research
that goes into who and who is not a potential party to the action.
(And alot of it comes down to finding the people with the deepest pockets)
Therefore it is kind of like this.
You want to sue company "A" but it is listed as being a subsidary of company "B". Company "B" has XXX holdings in Company "C" who is partial owner of Company "D". And Company "D" has 1/3 controling interest in Company "A".
In this case Alexa is owned by Amazon.com and the american gouvernment has interests in amazon.
For exact specifics as to their role within the organization that would require
truck loads of documentations. And at the best of times full disclosure wouldn't be easy.
In the case of anything even remotely gourvernmental....
I doubt if the beaucracy would allow total disclosure to be possible.
But fortunately total disclosure is not required unless it is relevant to the claim.
