The Other Search Engines

I work in a animation company which is professional in arch. animation, rendering, virtual reality, multimedia, etc. We would like to popularize our product in the searchengines to attract the clinets in EU. US and middle east.

Would you please advise which engine is most useful one for these products? Shall we choose different one in different region?

Please your suggestion!

You have entirely the wrong idea.

YOU promote the pages and SE might send you more traffic.

No, I don't think.
I suggest you to promote your website in a social networking website ( facebook is the best I think). Their, you can target which persons will see your products. As simple as that!

As you have mentioned that you company is based in China and you are targeting US & EU, you should try to advertise your product in EU based websites, or optimize your website in such a way to get traffic from these countries, you should create backlinks in US based website to get traffic from the region.

I guess all Search Engines are useful to your products and these same goes with all of us here who have websites / blogs and etc. whose main goal is to promote or monetize.

Its better to target in Google as its the most used SE in US and EU while you can work on Baidu for better listing in China.

Definitely friends, Google is one of the best search engines because it has massive data that you will find everything on it.

Google is great, but sometimes you can pay attention to some local SEs or less popular competitors like Bing, Yandex, etc.

No doubt Google.. can say more than 80% Google hold in the search market. Better do SEO, first start with on page , update content frequently. then go for off page...

it is still very good move if you use google though we don't let those small competitors take for granted, they also count on this but apart of it try mix your style and resources don't focus on one side instead try to search for additional resources, don't limit yourself be creative.

For me google still ranks number 1 but i'm open for other search engines and try to maximize them.
