What do you mean by "not coming on Google?" Has your site been cached by Google or is it not ranking? Please specify. If it's the first one, ping your site. If it's the latter, you need to exert more time in your linkbuilding activities or revise your target keywords.

example, search that in google

It must be due to google dancing or otherwise check your site in google info:yourdomainname.com.

i thiink it is google dance. dont worry. continue with backlinks building. try other methods such as directories submition and blogger commenting.

Noiw google not dancing.. but became more friendly and accurate.. found weekly BL updation , PR updating monthly, crawling always.. etc...So do not work properly in SEO soem time will fail in SERP

And if you are using black hat means you will not appear on google now.

This time i hear from many webmasters that his sites going up and down so if you are using white hat seo then you should wait for few more days.
