You can't believe what happened! At my website comespanish.com we translate songs from english to spanish. And when people searched in google for like "Rihanna Umbrella in spanish" they would find our site.

Obvious this was only a couple of people a day, but with 50 songs, it was doing really nicely.. I was so happy..but today I checked my webstats and there was 0 people coming from google. So I searched in google and we are totally gone from all searches like this ! The only way to find us is to type "www.comespanish.com" into google.. Does anyone know why this shocking event occurred?

You can still be found through Google ... it sounds like you've lost rank. Try this search, some text on your page in quotes, or your page title without quotes. Your domain returns 1,200 pages, but most of them simply mention you. Finally, you have 62 pages indexed with Google.

It looks like Rihanna - Umbrella has a lot of competition.

I'm sure htis is a typo, but the bottom of your home page has "
Translation by: Gris F Ch. © 2010" on it.

Well dude...you just got a wakeup call. The question is whether or not you choose to accept the charges.

What Google indirectly showed you is the same flaw most websites are guilty of: they rely too much on a single source of traffic (usually a search engine) and when it drops go through a certain apoplectic shock.

The answer to your SEO problem is twofold:

1) Fix your site (in particular, your forums and that silly session ID thing in the URLs...do a site:comespanish.com query in big G to see what I'm talking about).

2) Get links from places that can send you traffic (so far, the only one I see is an SU link), WITHOUT going down the link exchange road. These are the hardest links to acquire, since they rely on unique content and a site built for its users. You've got the former (I don't know too many sites for Spanish translated lyrics), but you need to figure out the latter.

Your biggest problem that I can see is simply layout. If you can clean it up, make it black on white (not white on blue), come up with a logo, clean up your code some, and organize all the lyrics into some format that's easy to navigate, you'll have at least improved the functionality of your site if nothing else (and you should see search engine results again.)

Possibles:

1/ Aging delay kicking in, see you in a few months (most likely given the look of the SERPs for your site)

2/ DC glitch, see you in 2 -3 weeks, though given that traffic has severely dropped this probably isn't the case

3/ No, you are not banned

fix your "home" page navigation to link to the root not "default.htm"

and get some good links
