Since its 2 meaningless green bars, how do I move points around between them?

Okay, Talkupation isn't completely worthless. People like ChrisHirst, VanGogh, Adam Web Design, LadyNRed, Seolman (who has many names) and more all have lots and lots of green rep, and I know if they say something, I should pay attention and try their advice out. But what that really means is I'm the one who benefits from Adam's TP.

I'm more like the village idiot, so people shouldn't take me seriously, but if I could move my TP green bar to my PR green bar, I'd be the king of idiots. That's quite a promotion.

My PR and TP are the same....is that good?

You know how you get the criptic message when you hover your pointer over the TP bar like "thingy has much to be proud of " or "whatsit has much goodness" Well they should do that with PR. simply hover your pointer over the PR bar and you get something like "whatsit.com has many spammy links" or "thingy.com has much quality content"

What would your green bar phrase be?

Oh, you mean if Google got to choose?

"F**k off and pay attention to his content."

I think Google would just place an ad on the PR. I'm almost surprised they haven't.

Funny how you always sell yourself short John. You know a lot more than you seem to think. I think TP benefits those who have it to some extent. I'd say it adds a measure of respect whether deserved or undeserved. I could see where it might help convince one or two people to visit the sites of those with more TP.

By the way didn't you see the tutorial on increasing your PR. I think Adam managed to get his somewhere close to infinity and SpongeDave might even have taken his PR past the speed of light.

That reminds me of a line from Woody Allen's "Love and Death"

A group of Russian soldiers are marching and one guy who is obviously not the best and brightest is telling Woody of his village and of the guy voted the village idiot. Woody turns to him and asks

"What did you do? Place?"

Drooling is only one aspect of being an idiot. You have gawking, farting, guffawing, nose-picking, butt-scratching and several other classic idiot skills. Apprenticing to a village idiot is a serious commitment. Just ask...[add name of person you wish to insult here]

Yeah, being an idiot is hard work, and representing your whole village is a big responsibility!
