I found an interesting site to add a googlemap to my blog.

U can choose only the location and a few characteristics but it´s usefull for locating photos from my trips , places that I like, and allows to put some words in the markers.

Hope U use it too!

I don't understand why people do that? It's SPAM, and creates a lasting bad impression.

Besides, it's easy to add Google Maps to a web site. The first place you should check if you want to do this is http://www.Google.com - it's in the name!

Here's how to add Google Maps to your web site ... straight from the horse's mouth:

It's actually very easy. You need to get a (free) key to be able to send maps from your site, then copy the sample code and paste it into your site. Then scroll down to the part about controls - the things we're used to, being able to pan around, or zoom in and out, you have to add, but again, it's copy and paste.

I'm putting together a KML generator on another site I run. The idea of plotting my photos on Google Earth is pretty appealing.
