I am using the online tools to create the sitemap for my page and trying to submit it to Google trough Webmasters Tools. All the time I am getting errors in the Sitemap Status field. I tried couple different online sitemaps creating services, but after submitting I am always getting error.

make sure the extension is .xml i believe. . .

All the sitemaps I tried has the extension xml, but I am still getting the error.
Maybe you have any idea how can I create the site map not using online sitemap generators

What is your website url? I think most sitemap generators (my own included) can generate valid xml sitemaps. What were the errors? Try check http://www.sitemaps.org FAQ

we had same problem with errors in google webmaster tools,
after we made an xml sitemap with above link, we had no more errors

i tried online sitemap, and also software that creating sitemap. for my site that have 600+ pages. guess wat, after months, its still not crawl. not even 20%. i not hope much frm sitemap anymore.

How many pages you have for your website? Most online version can only make a sitemap less than 1000 pages. Download a desktop version here: Desktop Version Sitemap Generator, try again. If still not working, just keep getting backlinks and forget sitemap.

Kindly Check The url path...

I think it has an error in that section like

your submitted site is http://www.domain.com
and your site map created is http://domain.com/

thats why is has an error...
