When does google index links that point to my site ?

As I understood, as many links point to your site, you have better Google Rank !?! Am I right ???

Also my site is new and fresh, can you tell me, please, what do you think ?

Well, Google is constantly spidering out websites. With all the sites I manage they usually hit it about every 3 weeks. It really depends on when their sites were spidered last. Yes, you are correct, the more sites that link to yours, the better the search rank you will have. It is called your "reach". The more websites you affect, the larger your "reach".

If your site is new then it can take up to 2 months before you will start to see your links on Google. If they even list your site. They do not guarantee a listing of any kind.

I do have one recommendation though. DO NOT RELY ON GOOGLE to drive all of your traffic. They have been extremely unstable in their Algorithms lately. Many sites that do not deserve high rankings are up there. The Blogs are taking over google. Try to find a few other search engines that you like and see what you can do to get a high ranking there as well.

You really need to tell your visitors what your company does. Apart from the title bar, which isn't really part of the content of the site, it doesn't actually say what your company does.
