The google terms says adsense can't appear in a popup. Thouugh i think they are being a bit vague with that. I read it as "you can't have adsense in a popup that automatically loads when someone visits the page with the intention of showing nothing but adverts."
Yep do not attemp to make ur adsense code appear in popup windows.. or you will lose your adsense account. There are lots of ways to expose your adsense code, did u try the webmaster-talk.com's revenue share? as of now ive got 50 exposure and 2 clicks.
