On nearly all of the pages I have written for a website I am building I have a notice stating that the website is a free service and is able to stay online due to sponsers.
Quote:
This Car Insurance Glossary has been brought to you free of charge by xxx.com. xxx is a free service that is able to stay online due to generous sponsors, so if you would like to support us and the information we provide please take time to view our sponsors and the valuable services they offer.
Thank you.

It is located neatly at the top of the content for each page. I am wondering if this would be considered duplicate content by google since it and close variations of it are plastered across the website. The pages that this message will be located on have high volumes of unique content. Other than this message, a Latest Articles PHP Column, the usual menu links, and a directory listing car insurance brokers, there is nothing that would be considered duplicate content on my website.
Will this cause my pages to be barred from Google for having duplicate content?
