I got hammered by google !!!

did anyone else loose page rank and link backs in this last rerank.
our site http://www.bigbluehost.com was a 5 now its a 4 and sites that were 6's like nothinginlife.com and applytools.com are now a pr of 5. I also went from over 200 back links to a little more than 100

I didnt know PR updated already. I am not seeing any chnages on my sites yet.

Anyone else see some PR changes?

I did a little research and apparently the -va datacenter has updated PR.

Here's a quick tip to show you what your Google PageRank will be in a couple weeks when Google releases the new backlink and PageRank numbers.

Now, to view the latest PageRank numbers do the following verbatim. This is for a Windows machine.

1. Open Notepad
2. Navigate to open the host file here:
"C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\" and add the line:

216.239.37.100 toolbarqueries.google.com

Close all IE windows then reopen the toolbar you should get the new PageRank.

This will pull PR from the www-va.google.com data center.

Hi do you need to have the Google toolbar installed for that?

and what you mean more precisely by pulling PR? just get the new results or improve them?
