What software?

Hi Every one,

I have ran a few sites and I really never focused on search engines but as of late I have been studying and trying to learn it. Where do you guys go to see how many time a particular keyword was searched and how do you find your position on a keyword?

I own www.teclance.com a freelance website and I now see how important it is to get listed on google and yahoo.

I just learnt about the robots.txt file and link trading for PR.
What do you guys suggest I do first?

I just found that my site is number 26 under the keyword: "freelance web programming"

I know it's not the best ranking but finially I see a listing.

1 question though my description is coming out properly. It isn't taking the info from my meta tag and instead it is grabbing the first text it see's. Can any one help with this?
