I have a scripts section in my site wich has a lot of links to the scripts authors sites This increase the number of outgoing links. I have thought to use a file located in my server that will redirect to the other sites. something like out.php?rl=http://othersite.com
Are these tipe of links counted as outgoing links?

An other thing, what is the anchore input links? i mean, what is anchore?. I am argentinean thats why i ask.

Using a file on your server doesn't really make a difference for google, it will still see the link on the other side. If you really want to hide outgoing links you could use javascript.
Anchor is the <a> tag
Achor Text is the text in between the <a> and </a> tags
<a href="">this is anchor text</a>

also - i understand why you want to redirect links with respect to pr etc - but this might discourage authors writing for your site if their site isnt going to have their pr increased

pr stands for page rank - as in google page rank

Be careful not to start spamming forums, though. It's an easy way to get you banned from the forum. Not to mention annoy other users (like me).

Hi gastong,

We all need links, but it looks like your main page has a PR0 so
not many webmasters will be excited about linking to that.

My suggestion is to submit your site to directories that you can
find under your own keywords; webmaster forums or whatever.
Also, do a search for the relmax directory, it has many pages that
are PR5 and should help your site quickly.
