Has anyone else noticed that no matter what you type on google "dirt cheap item at ebay" comes up? Anyone know how they do this. I doubt they do it by hand.

I know in the past there seemed to be a problem with LOTS of ebay, amazon, dealtime etc. links coming up high in several searches, but I believe things have cleared up for the most part...

I am not sure exactly what you mean, but maybe someone has some ideas.

Very simple, I know exactly why, although slightly relunctant to share it with you. It's done by hand

Ha, yes, more then likely, actually I was refering to the ones where you see 'aff.' or '-aff' at the end of the add.. that's not ebay/amazon itself, that's an affiliate of those companies through cj.com

Basically, someone types in 'britney spears new cd', they see a link to buy it for $13.49 (good price if you ask me), or preorder it, or whatever... They click on it, charges the ad-runner 5cents, then they buy the cd, and make $2 on Amazon's 15% commisions. That's why you'll see ads for Amazon on almost anything they sell, simply because there are a ton of freelancers doing this. It's not easy, and it's not simple, but it can be done.

Ahh, now I see. But why would you want to listen to Brintey Spears huh!?!

I dont completely see how you can get commission off ebay. Amazon seem to do same tactic but they wouldnt offer me a commision on sales when i asked, they only give commission on new account sign ups and their cookie system was crap so I declined the offer.

Thanks for the replies.
