google takes considerably long time to rank new sites well.
it needs more backlinks from related sites.
while Yahoo and MSN usually rank new sites well.

1/ get a proper host instead of a freebie subdomain

2/ get some decent links to it

I think the 1st point of the last poster is very valid. In fact I remember reading about free sites hurting ranking from the late Internet marketing guru corey rudi from his i marketing course about 5 years ago. Google wants quality sites... and having a free URL/site does not portray the site as being in for the long haul and that's what google is looking for.

Same kind of idea is when everyone started talking about google having access to domain name information because it became a register, I for one registed my domain for 15 years in the hope that google might see it as more 'professional' and less spammy. Free URLs have a high risk of being spam and google is most strictest with this so this could be why your appear on the others but not Google.

I also think it might be hard to get backlinks too as others webbys might not want to link to you. there are so many reasons why free urls are a bad idea, the seo related I have mentioned above.

Buy a domain and some cheap hosting. Put AdSense ads on it and you'll earn the money back and achieve a higher rank in google

I think that google like dmoz listed. try to submit there. and also some backlinks from related sites. ( like someone say)

you can also go to google site map : http://www.google.com/services/
and submit a site map.

You will not achieve a higher rank in google if you put adsense ads on your pages, this is incorrect, they two work together but are completely different. Google even says this themselves.

try to get some good links from article directories and forums. if you are getting links from article directories then it will add a golden value to your site. links forums and articles will give a good page rank to your site.
