I really need your help in this urgent matter.
What’s the fastest way to change my website’s page’s title in Google search result?

Current page’s title : Puri Bahasa/Puri Indonesian Language Plus
I would like to change it into: Puri Indonesian Language Plus

. However, we are facing a legal matter t allowed to use the words Puri Bahasa in

• I already used the update listing in www.dmoz.org/cgi-bin/update.cgi and in dmoz’ list the update has been conducted. When will the new page’s title appear in Google and so the current page’s title is replaced? FYI, at the moment when we enter the keywords puri bahasa in the search results we still appear as Puri Bahasa/Puri Indonesian Language Plus (the page’s title hasn’t changed).
• If I use the automatic URL removal system in Google which is provided for urgent cases, and after that resubmit the same URL to Google with a new page title, how long will it take for the URL to be indexed? What’s about to happen to the page rank?

If you want o change your page title, you need to make that change on your page, not in dmoz.org.

Don't use that, you will be kick out for couple months, this is not solution in your case. If you want faster new cache, get more fresh links pointing to specific page.

first edit your site and change the title of your page,
then, if you have more number of incoming links and google crawls your site daily,
it will soon update the title,
if google doesnt crawl your site regularly ( this happens in case of new sites or sites with few backlinks), try to get more links and google will crawl your site and update the title.

Have some patience and google will do it all by itself. Just remember to get links to the site and everything else will be taking care by Google.

I don't think you can force Google to change the page title in their index. Make the change on your site if you haven't already done so and then all you can do is wait for them to spider the page and reindex.

Lately it seems that Google's mediabot (the AdSense bot) is also adding new info it finds into the index so if you have AdSense you can add it to the page and increase the chances of getting the page indexed. I'm not sure if there's anything else you can do.

As far as the legal matter is concerned I can't imagine you would need to do anything other than change the title on your page. I don't think you can be held responsible for what another site shows since that's out of your control.

This may sound obvious, but have you actually tried emailing google support? I have found they are generally quite helpful in genuine cases - I have received excellent support a couple of times from them about particular issues (obviously not general seo stuff which you can read from their site)

For further information, in our website content and title we never write the phrase of "Puri Bahasa". We registered the phrase of "Puri Bahasa" in dmoz open directory, yet we have already changed it on 20th of April 2006.Do you have any further suggestion on this matter?
