Thats great for temporary files but I would no trust that for some important files. Its still better to have your own copy of those files. I never trust Betas
No doubt they will stoore them, and them include some "relevant adverts" when you decide to get them back based on what types of files you have and their content.
Google seems to be all about knowing what you like, then bombarding you with adverts they think you will like. As if "relevant adverts" are not adverts.
But with the "patriot act" (which will be enfocable as google servers are in the US) i wouldn't trust google with anything.
Like the many other Google services, this one is also gonna be in beta for ever. How can you trust a beta service for efficient storage of your important data. I am currently using this online storage service for my GBs of data and they have been very reliable and available when you require them the most. I don't mind even paying a few dollars more for a service that will ensure that my data is safe and not available for any unauthorized access.
